Before coming to the camping, please verify that you do not forget to:
- Bring your reservation confirmation if you reserved a tent or caravan pitch or your renting contract signed by the camping if you are renting a mobil home
- Your sheets, pillow-cases and your towels if you are not buying a disposable sheet kit (mattress protector, blankets and pillows are provided)
- Your pet health and vaccination passport and its disposal kit for its physiological needs to keep the camping clean and healthy
- A leash. The leash is mandatory because the animals cannot go free in the camping (official camping regulations) for the safety of other campers particularly for children and the animal safety itself.
- Call us in case of delay during the journey to be sure we keep your reservation and also in case your hour of arrival is outside the normal opening hours of the office: 9H00-20H00 to wait for you.
We must insist on the need to show us your pets health and vaccination passport. It is ABSOLUTELY mandatory that you bring it to be authorised to come into the camping.
There will be NO exception, even if your stay is entirely paid, even if you guarantee and swear that your animal won't leave the car (or caravan or mobilhome), even if you guarantee that you are going to receive by express mail the passport in two days, etc....
We have pets and we love them, so we perfectly understand what could be the situation if you forget the health passport. However, as this concerns the safety of the other customers and as the responsibility of the camping is engaged, we cannot be accepting and flexible on this matter. We are sorry for the possible inconveniences.
Before you leave the camp, please verify that:
- You have completely paid your stay (we love clients that are not forgetful...)
- You do not forget any of your belongings in the mobil home and that you have cleaned it well (or we shall have to make you pay for the cleaning)
- You do not take with you the keys or the remote control for the automatic gate and that we have returned your deposit
- You do not forget to warn us the day before if you want to leave the camping outside the normal opening office hours.
